Flynama is a flight deal discovery platform that surfaces fares, alerts you when prices drop, and lets you share deals. Flynama does not provide travel services and does not act as a travel agent. The actual booking happens directly with the airline or an online travel agency of your choice.

You retain ownership of all your data. Flynama processes data solely to provide services. No ownership rights are claimed over your data.
Service availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or interruptions may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flynama is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months.
You agree to indemnify Flynama against claims arising from your use of the platform or your data or business operations.

This Agreement is between Narayan Mallapur (Flynama) and the Client Organisation.
Provision of the Flynama platform and related tools.
A non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted for internal business use.
Client retains full ownership of data. Flynama acts as data processor.
Both parties must protect confidential information.
Minimum term as agreed. Termination permitted for breach or non-payment.
Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous six months.

Processing of personal data for providing Flynama services.
Data is processed solely to provide Flynama services.
Flynama shall: process data only on instructions from the client, ensure confidentiality, implement security measures, assist with data subject rights, and notify of data breaches without undue delay.
Flynama may use subprocessors such as cloud providers and communication tools. Flynama remains responsible for their compliance.
Data may be transferred to the United States with appropriate safeguards in place.
Flynama will notify the client promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.
Upon termination, data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless legally required.
